• Admissions Process: Manage the entire admissions process, from handling initial inquiries to assisting with enrollment. Ensure a well-structured and efficient process that meets the needs of prospective students and their families.

• Goal-Oriented Approach: Collaborate with the admissions team and school leadership to set realistic admissions targets. Regularly monitor progress and implement strategies to achieve or exceed our objectives.

• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive support to prospective students and their families. Respond promptly to their inquiries, offer guidance, and create a positive impression of our school.

• Admissions Events: Coordinate admissions events, such as open houses and school tours. Engage prospective students, showcasing the unique benefits of our innovative learning environment.

• Application Review: Thoroughly review and assess applications, considering academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and other relevant factors. Make well-informed decisions to identify the best-fit candidates.

• Financial Aid Assistance: Collaborate with the financial aid team to provide information about available scholarships and financial assistance programs. Assist families with the application process as needed.

• Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students and admissions data using our school's database.

• Building Relationships: Foster positive relationships with prospective students, parents, educational consultants, feeder schools, and community partners to strengthen our admissions efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably in an educational setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze admissions data to inform decision-making and strategies.

• Genuine passion for education and belief in the power of an innovative learning environment.

• Familiarity with admissions software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
